Duramax 2500/3500: Remove the metal spring-loaded inspection plate, slide the tool into the opening, and engage the flywheel teeth.
Duramax 4500/5500: Remove the rubber inspection cap, insert the tool at the opening, and hand-tighten the bolt to lock the flywheel.
36mm 12-Point Socket: Compatible with a 3/4″ square drive for easy harmonic balancer bolt removal and re-torque, as well as axle nut adjustments.
