The RDU fluid has been proven to get hot. The fluid once hot can break down and not have the same properties. Flushing with the OEM Fluid can be very expensive because you need a special friction modifier to add with oem fluid. Red Line has come out with a upgraded RDU Fluid meeting all of Ford Spec and Friction Modifier in one Bottle! This fluid is meant to help with temperature control and withstand more abuse vs OEM fluid.
