At the heart of the system is Takeda’s large 3-layer Pro DRY S performance air filter. This oil-free, non-woven synthetic media provides excellent filtration and dust-holding capacity without the need for messy oils, making it ideal for street-driven vehicles. The 7.5” tall, 360-degree radial flow design with an inverted top maximizes surface area, resulting in improved airflow and longer service intervals.
The Momentum intake features a one-piece sealed housing constructed from heat-resistant cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE), available in black or red finishes. This sealed design captures cooler air directly from behind the front grille, helping reduce heat soak and improve performance. A built-in clear sight window allows for quick and easy filter inspection without removing the housing.
An auxiliary air inlet provides flexibility—allowing additional airflow from the engine bay or sealing it off with the included plug for maximum cold air efficiency.
The dyno-tuned intake tube is computer-designed to optimize airflow and performance gains while maintaining proper fitment. Constructed from durable XLPE material, it resists heat soak and maintains consistent performance under demanding conditions. The red variant features an aggressive import-inspired design for added visual appeal.
Installation is fast and straightforward thanks to the simplified design, requiring minimal hardware. Stainless steel clamps, reinforced silicone couplings, and billet aluminum fittings ensure a secure, durable connection while allowing seamless integration with factory components.
